Registration

Please note that registration for returning families is now open, as of July 1.

We ask that returning families register students as early as possible to allow for transportation and back-to-school planning. 

Please complete all registrations by August 1.


2025-2026 ONLINE REGISTRATION STEPS

1. Go to www.schoolinsight.com.  Login with your email and password from School Insight/TeacherEase. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Your Password,”to reset.

2. Once you are logged in, you will complete the Registration Form for EACH of your children.

3. If your child is a bus rider, please be sure to complete that portion of the online registration. Questions regarding buses can be directed to IL Central School Bus 217-351-1201

4. Complete the health information surveys sent out by each school. These include the Emergency Medical Authorization Form and the Health History Form. This information is collected by two electronic surveys and must be completed each school year.

5. The final step of the process is to PAY YOUR FEES. REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL ALL FEES ARE PAID

6. Review the payment totals.

Payment by Check or Cash:

If you are paying with a check or cash, you will need to bring it to the school office.  Please be sure the full name of each child is on the envelope.  You can print the total cost from the Online Registration Portal and include it with payment.

All school offices are open Wednesday, July 30 (8:00-1:30) & Thursday, July 31 (11:00-6:00) to accept drop offs. 

Payment by Credit Card:

If you are paying with a credit card, click on “Continue”.  You will follow the steps to pay with your credit card.
